3. Kumar Sangakkara – 6937 runs
Eoin Morgan, the captain of England’s limited-overs cricket team, is known for being a powerful middle-order batsman. He led England to their first World Cup win in 2019 and has made significant contributions to the team. He is the second-highest run-scorer in T20s without having scored a century.
At 34 years old, Morgan has played 319 T20 matches, scoring 7004 runs with an average of 27.1 and a strike rate of 132.5. He has hit 37 half-centuries, with his highest score being 91. Morgan still has some years of cricket ahead and aims to score his first T20 century soon.
