Felix returned to Chelsea on a permanent deal after a half-season loan in 2023. His arrival was part of a swap deal with Conor Gallagher moving to Atletico Madrid. 1. Dominic Solanke – Bournemouth to Tottenham: £65million
Tottenham set a new transfer record by signing Solanke from Bournemouth. The deal started at £55 million, potentially rising to £65 million with add-ons. Solanke signed a six-year contract with Tottenham after a great season with Bournemouth, where he scored 19 goals. He will look to continue this form at Spurs.
