1. Shivaji Park Gymkhana Cricket Academy
Shivaji Park Cricket Academy is often called the top place for cricket in Mumbai. It’s also known as the ‘Nursery of Cricket’ in India.
The academy has helped produce 21 international players, including Ajit Agarkar, Sandeep Patil, Pravin Amre, and Sunil Gavaskar. Sachin Tendulkar began his cricket career at Gymkhana with his coach, Ramakant Achrekar.
Gymkhana, one of India’s leading cricket academies, was founded in 1909 as the ‘New Maharashtra Cricket Club’ by Shri. P.G. Marathe.
